Businesses wishing to Advertise:
Both DWYC Members and non-members can advertise in our print newsletter, Lines&Bits and on our website. Current advertisers in our Lines&Bits newsletter can now be viewed here on the DWYC website. Online ads may include a link to your website, your email or both. Advertisers in Lines&Bits can be added to our website at no additional charge*. Non-DWYC-member ads and advertisers no longer running in our print newsletter will be placed in a separate section on our website below current advertisers.
NOTE: If you are providing the “final ad art file” for your ad in our print newsletter, Lines&Bits, please email a copy of your ad art file to our Webmaster as well. Ads should be built exactly to the size of the ad space you are purchasing and formated as a PDF or hi-resolution jpg (see the Insertion Order for details). Please allow 72 hours for placement.
*To be placed in our current advertiser section on our website, your ad must be running in Lines&Bits and your advertising account be current. DWYC Members receive prefered placement. All advertising in our newsletter and online must be approved by the Newsletter Editor and/or the Webmaster. No ads or materials deemed inappropriate will be allowed.
Our Insertion Order form includes Ad Rates & Mechanical Specs. This form must be completed and submitted by email to Admin@DWYC.org prior to the 10th of the month preceding the newsletter issue/cover date (e.g., by the 10th of November to run in the December issue). Your final ad art is due by the 15th of the month preceding the issue/cover date. Advertising rates may change without notice.
